Overview

From the initial meeting with the client, the US ITI project leader uses a proactive, knowledge driven approach to work with the client to understand and identify needs and design a plan to meet those needs. After discussion and approval of the proposed SOP, a team of experienced ITI laboratory personnel begin working on the client’s project.

ITI scientists draw upon their own extensive, hands-on experience of having collectively taken hundreds targets into drug discovery. They make extensive use of literature and academic consultants’ input to achieve design of optimal protein expression, purification and assay development strategies.

The progress of the project is regularly reported to the client, ensuring an efficient, transparent work flow. ITI stands by the quality of all of the deliverables it provides to customers through a rigorous quality control policy.
